We have opening with a leading stock broking firm in India with a strong presence in GCC countries:

Job position: Finance Back Office Executive (Fixed Assets)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related financial stream. 

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in finance back-office operations.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

This position requires an immediate joiner or someone with a maximum notice period of 30 days. 

Monday to Frida

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in fixed asset management, strong ERP capabilities, and advanced Excel skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update the comprehensive Fixed Asset Register (FAR).

* Calculate and process monthly depreciation, asset disposals, and transfers.

* Perform physical verification of assets and reconcile data with the ledger.

* Manage daily data entry, invoicing, and accounting tasks in the ERP system.

* Generate financial reports using spreadsheet functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

* Coordinate with internal teams to track capital expenditure (CapEx).

* Support senior accountants during monthly closing and audit preparation.

Requirements:

* Domain Expertise: Proven experience in managing Fixed Assets.

* Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).

* Software: Hands-on experience working with standard accounting ERP software.

* Joining Timeframe: Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 30 days notice period preferred.
