Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our regional office in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire top talent to support our retail and corporate growth. Since local geographical knowledge and community connection are vital for our regional hiring strategies, this role is strictly open to natives of the Kozhikode area.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for regional positions.

• Sourcing: Find candidates via job portals, social media, and local networks.

• Screening: Conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess communication and fit.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate face-to-face interviews at the regional office.

• Onboarding: Handle documentation, verification, and induction for new hires.

• Database Management: Maintain an active pipeline of local talent for retail roles.

• Reporting: Update weekly and monthly hiring trackers for regional management. 

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Must hold an MBA in Human Resources (HR).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience is mandatory.

• Locality: Must be a native resident of Kozhikode or surrounding areas.

• Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
