Job Overview

• Role Title: Executive – Compliance & CKYC
• Industry Type: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)
• Work Location: Head Office – Ernakulam
• Compensation Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experience Required: Freshers or minimum 1 year of experience in compliance/CKYC
• Education Required: Any Graduation degree
• Candidate Preference: Open to all genders; Ernakulam natives strongly preferred

Core Key Responsibilities:

1. CKYC Processing & Data Upload

• Verify customer KYC documents.
• Format files for CKYC registry.
• Upload customer data to CKYCR.
• Rectify rejected CKYC profile submissions.
• Download CKYC identifiers for verification.

2. Compliance Verification & Screening

• Cross-check PAN card registration details.
• Screen applicants against negative lists.
• Maintain internal digital compliance registers.
• Report missing customer onboarding documentation.
• Archive physical customer compliance records.

3. Inter-Departmental Coordination

• Guide branches on proper documentation.
• Clarify compliance rejection reasons clearly.
• Track pending branch KYC items.
• Provide quick updates to management.
