A leading jewellery company in Thrissur is hiring for its Purchase Department

• Role: Operations Executive (Purchase)
• Location: Thrissur, Kerala
• Qualification: Graduation
• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
• Gender: Male candidate only
• Eligibility: Natives of Thrissur district only
• Interview mode: Face to face at Thrissur

Job Responsibilities

• Purchase Operations: Handle day-to-day procurement tasks and material tracking for the jewellery division.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, stock inflows, and supplier invoices using MS Excel.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and stock availability.
• Inventory Control: Monitor current stock levels to align purchasing schedules with showroom or factory needs.
• Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly purchase sheets and analytical stock summaries for management review. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Purchase within the jewellery industry is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (data sorting, basic formulas, and spreadsheets).
• Location Constraint: Must be a native resident of Thrissur.
