🥇 Role 1: Purchase Manager – Gold Division

Key Responsibilities

• Bullion Procurement: Source gold bullion and finished gold ornaments from certified wholesale networks and manufacturers.
• Market Tracking: Monitor live gold commodity rates and optimize buying schedules to secure maximum profit margins.
• Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate making charges, structural wastage parameters, and credit limits with suppliers.
• Purity & Quality Assurance: Partner with internal inventory teams to cross-verify weights and hallmarking compliance.
• Demand Prediction: Analyze store sales velocities to maintain optimum inventory balances and prevent stockouts.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of dedicated purchase experience in the gold jewellery sector.
• Deep knowledge of bullion trading patterns, karatages, and hallmarking laws.

💎 Role 2: Purchase Manager – Diamond Division

Key Responsibilities

• Assortment Sourcing: Procure premium loose diamonds and certified studded jewellery collections.
• Quality Valuation: Critically evaluate stones based on the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity) to ensure brand integrity.
• Lab Coordination: Manage interactions with diamond grading laboratories (e.g., GIA, IGI) and authentic suppliers.
• Trend Curation: Study bridal and contemporary design patterns to acquire high-margin, fast-moving stock portfolios.
• Commercial Negotiation: Secure highly competitive per-carat pricing framework terms with gemstone vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of purchase or gemological procurement experience in diamond jewellery.
• Strong skills in diamond sorting; certifications from GIA, IGI, or similar gemological institutes are highly preferred.
