Position: Sales Executive (Forex)

Location: Multiple locations across Keralam

Education: Graduate / Plus Two with Relevant sales experience

Salary: 15k-21k/month + incentives

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Retail Forex sales, cross-border remittances, or travel agency alliances.

Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and lead-generation skills. Basic financial math understanding.

Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English (essential for handling corporate clients and documentation).

Assets: Must own a two-wheeler for corporate and external channel partner visits.

Job Summary:

The Forex Sales Executive focuses on market acquisition for retail forex products. The core responsibility is driving revenue through the sale of prepaid multi-currency cards, foreign currency notes, and outward remittance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B & B2C Market Acquisition: Target and acquire business channels such as travel agents, student consultants, tour operators, and educational institutions to capture outward remittances (overseas education/travel).
• Corporate & Retail Sales: Visit local corporate offices to pitch corporate travel cards and foreign exchange solutions for business trips.
• Client Servicing & Compliance: Manage day-to-day forex walk-in traffic and process currency purchases/sales accurately.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with RBI, FEMA, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC guidelines for all currency conversions and foreign transfers.
• Market Monitoring: Keep a close eye on currency exchange fluctuations and maintain accurate branch reports for the head office.
