BTech / MBA or any other relevant qualification

Minimum 5 year experience in Electrical/Home Appliances (Eg: Mixer Grinder, Fans)

Job Purpose:

To drive category growth and profitability by executing business strategies, managing inventory, and leading product planning initiatives for the Non-Electronics Division.

Key Responsibilities.

• Plan and execute category strategies in coordination with Category Head to achieve topline targets

• Track competitor activities and recommend timely interventions based on market dynamics

• Manage inventory and coordinate with factory for production planning and timely supply

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives including market research, benchmarking, and product launches

• Perform demand forecasting using S&OP plans, historical sales, and market trends to ensure optimal stock levels

• Design and implement sales schemes; track performance and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and NPD teams to ensure effective product placement and promotion

• Conduct regular market visits to analyze trends and identify opportunities for category expansion
