Position: Assistant Sales Manager (NBFC)

Locations: Kilimanoor, Pothenkode, Karamana, Kottarakara, Anchal, Punalur, Karunagapally, Pathanamthitta,  Kakkanad, Perumbavoor, North Paravur, Wadakkanchery, Parappnangadi, Nilambur,  Perambra, Alakkode.

Gender: - Male or Female

Education: Graduate in any discipline / Plus Two (12th Standard).

Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience in an NBFC, Banking, or Forex sector.

Skills: Good knowledge of local retail loans (Gold/Vehicle) and basic Forex operations.

Language: Strong communication skills in Malayalam and manageable English.

Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possesses a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.

Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Incentives: Attractive monthly performance incentives based on target achievements.

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations and drive business growth at a leading NBFC for their upcoming branches in Kerala. In this role, you will work closely with the branch leadership to accelerate the sales of Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Forex services. You will be responsible for direct customer acquisition, managing sales executives, and ensuring the branch meets its monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Actively pitch and sell Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Forex products to cross-sell to existing clients and acquire new customers.
• Team Support: Assist the Branch Manager in supervising, training, and motivating the sales executives to achieve their daily targets.
• Lead Generation: Conduct outdoor marketing activities, canopy setups, and local area mapping to generate high-quality leads.
• Customer Service: Act as a key point of contact for walk-in customers, resolving queries and delivering a smooth loan/forex processing experience.
• Documentation & Verification: Ensure proper collection of KYC documents, loan applications, and forex request forms in strict compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to maximize revenue per customer.
