• Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – Forex Sales

• Locations: Multiple major towns and cities across Kerala (Cochin, Trivandrum, Calicut, Thrissur, Kottayam, Malappuram, Palakkad, etc.)
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are highly welcome)
• Compensation: Up to ₹20,000 per month Fixed Gross + Attractive Quarterly Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively source and acquire new retail and corporate clients for Foreign Exchange services, including prepaid forex cards, currency exchange, and outward remittances.
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, local networking, and references.
• B2B Alliances: Partner with high-potential channels such as travel agencies, study-abroad consultants, and immigration firms to drive referral business.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal company policies for all forex transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.).
• Experience Context:
• Fresh graduates eager to start a career in financial sales.
• Candidates with a brief background (6 months to 2 years) in Banking, Insurance, or the NBFC industry looking for better growth.
