One of the leading online travel management companies (OTA) in UAE is looking for:

Position: Outbound Holiday Consultants (Sales)

No. of position: 02

Job location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: INR 400000 to 465000/annum

Your responsibilities will be to 

1) Create personalized holiday packages to meet clients’ specifications and budget.  

2) Provide prompt, accurate customer service to all inquiries, phone calls, and emails. 

3) Manage online reservations systems. 

4) Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares. 

5) Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions, rules and regulations in the region. 

The ideal candidate is 

1) Excellent communication skills 

2) At least 2 years of experience in holiday/travel planning for both fixed departure and individual bookings. Well versed with world wide destinations. 

3) Experience working with Amadeus/Sabre GDS would be added advantage. 

4) An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including faring, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
